LEVEL
I - RETAINED SEARCH
A refined process whereby we dedicate 100% of our Search
Executive & Project Management staff plus utilize the
combined resources of our electronic link to 600+ offices to the
rapid identification of two or three qualified and interested
candidates to your specialized requirements. We provide maximum
quality of candidates after contacting an average of 80-100
companies, candidate exclusivity (candidates will not be
presented to any other clients during this time), 180 day (full
replacement) guarantee, personality profile and testing,
discounted videoconferencing capabilities, and reference checks.
A $10,000 deposit is required to initiate the search, an
additional $10,000 is due at the end of thirty days, and the
remainder is due when the candidate commences employment.

II - ENGAGEMENT SEARCH
A search whereby we assemble and coordinate a Search Executive
& Project Management staff, plus utilize the combined
resources of 600+ offices to the rapid identification of
qualified candidates to your specific requirements. We provide
maximum quality of candidates after contacting an average of
50-75 companies, 120-day (full replacement) guarantee,
discounted videoconferencing. A flat $5,000 fee is required to
initiate each search. Should we not provide a qualified
candidate that meets your hiring expectations, we will apply the
initial fee to your next search, or refund your investment.
LEVEL
III - CONTINGENCY SEARCH
A search process whereby we are able to allocate time available
resources, research our available company wide candidates and
work with you to identify two or three qualified and interested
candidates. A 30-day (full replacement) guarantee period is
included. This search type does not require a deposit.
